Leave M62 at Junction 20, follow signs to Rochdale (A627M) for half a mile, then bear left onto Edinburgh Way.

At the Sudden traffic lights, take the 3rd exit onto Manchester Road and continue for a further 0.6 miles.

Turn left into Manchester Road . Beech House School is on your left.


Lower Preparatory School
From M62:

Leave M62 at Junction 20, follow signs to Rochdale (A627M) for half a mile, then bear left onto Edinburgh Way.

At the Sudden traffic lights take the 3rd exit onto Manchester Road and continue for a further 1 mile.

At the fourth set of traffic lights, Turn right onto Drake Street.

Continue for 0.1 mile and turn left into Broadfield Stile.
